Prehnite is an inosilicate stone comprised of calcium and magnesium. Although the prehnite crystal does not officially form part of the zeolite family, it can often be mined in the same areas that zeolite crystals are found.

It is a pale, milky shade of pear-green, but is found in hues of orange, yellow, white, grey, brown, and clear too. In crystal shops, you may find prehnite under the name “New Jade”.
