How to make your own bead plate:

Put the pattern image under the transparent pin plate/bead plate.Fill the pearl plate with beads.Put a baking sheet over the motif.Squeeze with an iron until the beads merge.Let it cool under press to avoid bending.Lift the bead motif from the tile. Remove the paper. The pin plate can be used with new motifs.
